CAN I ORDER SMALL QUANTITIES OF YOUR POUCHES?
Absolutely, as New Zealand Retail Packaging maintains a significant inventory of pouches and rolls in our warehouse, we can accommodate orders starting from 500 bags. Thus, we are able to respond to your needs most efficiently. We recommend that customers provide as much lead time as possible for an order.
WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY TIME SHOULD I ANTICIPATE FOR OUR ORDERS?
For Stock orders dispatched from our Auckland warehouse we can deliver within 1 to 3 days. However, for custom print bags lead times can be 4-6 weeks.
CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM PRINTED POUCHES IN VARIOUS MATERIAL COMBINATIONS ACCORDING TO MY NEEDS?
Yes, we can produce custom printed pouches tailored to your specific needs. We can print in up to 9 colours using advanced rotogravure technology.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM AND STOCK PRODUCTS?
Custom products are produced when a customer orders with specific requirements, such as the company’s logo, name, and other relevant details to be printed on the bags. Stock products are simply plain bags/pouches without any printing.
WHAT'S THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
The minimum order for Stock products is 500 units. Digital Printed Pouches is 1000 units and Rotogravure Printing is 10,000 units
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time varies depending on the product. Typically stock bags will take 1-4 days and 4-6 weeks for custom products
